"Truvia is made from certain compounds in the leaves of stevia, a shrub native to Paraguay, and will provide a natural alternative to artificial sweeteners including Sweet 'N Low, Equal and Splenda."

I must study this product....Cargill is one of the largest companies in the world and I am suspicious of them ...like Monsanto who want to be the only supplier in the world when it comes to grains

Like Splenda (which is supposed to be 'natural,' but is in fact quite frightening in terms of how it's processed), it seems awfully silly to buy a product made FROM stevia when you can simply walk down to your store and buy stevia powder which already has no calories and is incredibly 'sweet.' No doubt they'll manage to feck it up by over-processing something that's already good enough.
