This is why I no longer buy AMD CPUs. The last one I bought was an AMD K6-233 *many* years ago. Never again--it's been Intel 100% since.

AMD is my one of my most prized posessions. Now their newer Athlons have the ability to not burn and emulate the Intel's CPU throttling ability.
