Careers & Jobs – If I need to schedule a doctor appointment in the middle of the afternoon or deal with a sick kid, I can do it with some ease. But this is real work. It is the hardest job I ever had. There are a lot of uncertainties (like seeing all the empty squares on my calendar for April - that means I have no articles due). I'm equal parts sales person and writer.

Careers & Jobs – Harvard's 7,000 some full-time instructors who teach the school's medical students in classrooms do so for about $30/hr. That's pretty cheap, if you ask me, even for an adjunct. Harvard plans to/hopes to/has a goal of paying the men and women $100 an hour to teach = to the amount a primary care doctor makes.
