"Vista-Capable" Lawsuit Given Class-Action Status

Gadgets & Tech – This week Judge Marsha Pechman granted class-action status to a lawsuit against Microsoft over the term "Windows Vista Capable." It should be noted that some media outlets reported the ruling was that the suit could proceed, but that ruling actually occurred in August of 2007.
