RIAA battles Barringer-Thomson in Oklahoma, again
Music – The RIAA is fighting hard to prevent yet another dismissal with prejudice of a filesharing lawsuit. In the end, suing individual citizens in effort to stop worldwide piracy makes as much sense as trying to hold back the Mississippi River with an umbrella.

Celebrities – Cody Brown is a master diver, is oxygen-provider certified, started a high-def video company, and wrote "Scuba For Kids," a book for kids about diving.
