An Update on Buyer Agency in New York
Real Estate – We don't do things the way that Long Island "does things", because it has been far too unethical in our opinion, for BOTH parties in the transaction. The resultant disdain that most consumers have toward the real estate industry in general on Long Island is a deserved assumption.

BPO;S in Real Estate- What;s a BPO?
Real Estate – BPO'S do not replace appraisals, but they do permit banks to comprehend the market from the perspective of the real estate contingent, as opposed to an appraiser that is (in our area) often "out of area". The North fork of Long Island, while less affected than some areas, is still affected.
