July 4th and Still Too Much Political Apathy?

Do No Evil – Author, former CNN writer/producer, writes of disappointing personal experience in her town -- so little interest in politics, big issues people need to face. Why confront the hard choices when we can have fun barbecuing, etc.? Interesting, smart, personal piece.

Humor – Not sure exactly what's being sold here & for what -- a plot for a very small spec house? But housing market/economy is tough, so whatever works, I guess. Odd spot for some signs. (FYI, nowhere do the signs direct toward any other address, houses, etc--they're sitting there, "as is".)
