Mercedes recalls McLaren SLR supercar
Autos – Money can't buy everything, and one of the things it apparently secure is a reliable car. All 433 McLaren SLR supercars by Mercedes-Benz are being recalled for potential fires caused by the electrical system. That's what $455,000 gets ya.

Top Quality Awards announced, GM wins big
Autos – Strategic Visions announced the winners of its Top Quality Awards and GM won the segment categories with five vehicles. The domestics actually did very well, holding court in 40% of the categories.

BMW releases pics of M6 convertible in time for summer
Autos – The new M6 Convertible will be officially debuted at the British Motor Show in a few weeks. BMW just released the official pics of it today since most were leaked on the internet yesterday.

Digg's Kevin Rose registered on Netscape?
Gadgets & Tech – It seems Kevin Rose may have registered on the new Netscape. This linked page shows that a friend of Netscape anchor Ryan is "Kevin Rose" and has a pic that looks like him. The supposed profile for Kevin Rose is empty, though. Perhaps they're just holding a spot for him :) This story was also posted on Digg.

Mercedes-Benz sued by dealer over defective $1.7mil roadster
Autos – A very rare, very expensive, very defective race-inspired Roadster is busted and MB refuses to fix it. It's sad when $1.7 mil bones doesn't buy reliability.
