I'm a technology major, with a drive/passion for business tech and marketing. I'm not sure why I like marketing though... it does have an art meets science feel to it and I do like that. I am also into art, culture and anything tech. Currently, I am working for a large state orginatazion. My future hopes is to change fields and more into tech (or engineering, but that is another story).

Biden calls Bush comments 'bulls**t'

Politics – "This is bullsh*t. This is malarkey. This is outrageous. Outrageous for the president of the United States to go to a foreign country, sit in the Knessetââ;¬Â¦and make this kind of ridiculous statement," Biden said angrily in a brief interview just off the Senate floor.

The Iraqi Miracle - From Invasion to "Partnership"

Politics – One should not be surprised that Iraq's U.S. supported leaders find amenable the terms set for them by Washington. What else would one expect between a dependent client state and its master, the client obliged to obey and the master prepared to reward useful service?

Men's Lives Extended by Breast Ogling --- Uh, No, Darn It

Men – Interesting when the Science Editor (that's his title) of a pretty decent site like Softpedia gets hooked into a story that's obviously false. Or did he? I guess I wonder when this happens if they just post it to get traffic, or what?

Stephen Hawking: Does God Play Dice?

Do No Evil – Albert Einstein was very unhappy about the apparent randomness in nature. In quantum mechanics, particles don't have well defined positions and speeds. The more accurately you try to measure the position of a particle of light, the less accurately you can know the speed, and vice versa. With black holes, however, the situation is rather different.

Racism Surges in USA

Do No Evil – Open racism is now acceptable in the upper classes of US society. Consider how the economic elite have transformed the American workplace by first creating a market for undocumented workers, and then using them as scapegoats as the gulf between the rich and poor grows. This new acceptable racism goes beyond the issue of immigration.

Slavery Revisited: The Military Draft

Do No Evil – This idea is not new; periodically someone comes up with the idea that, with the U.S. fighting two wars, there is insufficient human cannon fodder to keep them going and prepare for Mr. Bush's next potential imperialistic misadventure. But, the draft is not now and never will be the answer, whether in Iraq, Afghanistan or anywhere else.

Gore Breaks Silence On 2000 Election

Politics – Al Gore couldn't believe his eyes: as the 2000 election heated up, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and other top news outlets kept going after him, with misquotes ("I invented the Internet"), distortions (that he lied about being the inspiration for Love Story) and strangely off-the-mark needling.
