Health & Fitness – 3 sets of 10. The "rule" of weight lifting for the longest time. The "rule" that needs to be broken. You can get a much better workout with faster results by using the inverse rule. There is a relationship between reps and sets and knowing that relationship can help you make continuous progress.

Health & Fitness – If you can't prevent an injury then you have to deal with the fact that you need to take time away from the gym to heal. How long is the right amount of time? While their is no answer to this question because bodies all handle injury differently, there are some things that you can do to help speed the process.
