Video Games – Since the Wii's Virtual Console service wasn't live yet, we fired up the PlayStation 3's web browser to play some Donkey Kong in Flash ... I think we'll wait for the Virtual Console version.

Video Games – Microsoft sent us the Xbox 360 HD-DVD. We opened it up, plugged it in, installed the patch, and loaded up a disc on a 720p high-def connection.

Video Games – Until Microsoft adds support for more codecs or offers up an application capable of transcoding (to WMV) and streaming on-the-fly (okay, that will never happen), we're forced to manually transcode our non-WMV files into WMVs and then, if we wish to stream, point our 360s at the WMV files (on our PCs). Video Games – According to UBS, 2 million Wii consoles were completed in Q3 (July-September) to support Nintendo's upcoming Q406 global console launch, beginning November 19th in North America. The language appears to indicate the possibility of building, if not shipping, as many as 11 million Wii consoles by the end of the calendar year!

Video Games – Someone has made a whole flash program to make your own Mii, which is near identical to the Mii maker on the Wii. The user took all information from videos and snapshots of the system to get all of the face parts.
