Autos – Toyota is using some of the technology of the i-unit - including the carbon neutral kenaf fiber - in upcoming cars. Someday, Toyota says it will use no petroleum-based plastic parts, opting for plant-based plastics instead. And if you haven't seen the i-unit, then the picture alone is worth a click.

The neon green monster is said to be powered by a twin-turbo version of its already-potent V10, producing in excess of 600 horsepower -- Murcielago-style numbers.
