Repeat the same inane comments over and over, submit ludicrous posts and vote them up with sockpuppets, etc. Here is some advice on dealing with them, and insight into the behavior.

"Prove You Were Alive Last Year"
Humor – Proof of life. This actually happened to the uncle of someone I work with. He's Indian, and his uncle served in the Army. As such, he gets a pension. However, ever year, to continue receiving his pension, he has to submit paperwork proving that he's still living.
